STUDIO POLICIES

Walk-in Policy

Walk-in appointments will be attended to on a first-come-first-served basis by the next available artist. Your preferred artist may not be available at the time of your walk-in, so we always recommend scheduling an appointment.

Appointment Policy

To provide every client with the best possible service, we highly recommend that clients schedule an appointment for their visits to any artist at the studio. Unless the client is a walk-in client requesting to get tattooed or pierced on the spot, all clients MUST have completed a consult and must be scheduled for their session with a deposit.

 

Booking & Deposit Fee Policy

A booking and deposit fee must be paid by all clients when scheduling a session. The booking fee ranges from $100-$200, depending on the scope/size of your tattoo. This fee will be applied toward the final price of tattoo services performed.

 

Late Policy

If a client is more than 30 minutes late without calling ahead of time, they will be considered a no-call no-show and will lose their appointment to the next client on our waitlist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must happen with a phone call. Missed appointments without notification cannot be rebooked. If a client cancels or is a no-show two times in a row (regardless of giving notice each time), all future appointments will be erased from our schedule.

Refusal of Service Policy

The studio and its artists reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. Artists are not permitted to perform any tattoo or piercing work on any person who presents to be intoxicated or under the influence of any controlled substance which can impair the client's judgment. If a client shows up under these conditions for a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will need to reserve another day with a new deposit.

Required Documents Policy

In accordance with the law and our operational policies, all clients above the age of 18 must sign a Consent to Tattoo or Consent to Pierce form respective to the procedure being performed. Along with the consent form, the client must also produce a valid government-issued ID on the day of the procedure.

 

In accordance with the law and our operational policies, all clients below the age of 18 (Minor) must have a parent or legal guardian sign a Consent to Tattoo or Consent to Pierce form respective to the procedure being performed. The parent or legal guardian will sign on behalf of the minor. A valid government-issued ID for the parent must be produced ID on the day of the procedure.

Payment Policy

Payment for services rendered shall be collected immediately after the work is completed. Hourly rates and service prices are established and enforced by the studio and not the individual artist. All payments other than cash tips will be processed by the front desk staff. We accept all forms of payment methods to make the process convenient for our clients. In an effort to reduce cost and waste, we are currently transitioning away from cash payments to credit cards and digital payments such as Google/Samsung/Apple Pay.

 

 

Design Policy

All designs, artwork, and concepts are considered the property of the artist and the Company. Design approvals via text message or email are not permitted. Changes to approved designs on the day of the procedure will incur additional fees. Please make sure all changes are done at least 48 hours before the procedure.

 

 

Touch-Up Policy

Courtesy touch-ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist. Necessary touch-ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within six months of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo (unless the tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, see below). Touch-ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch-ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo. Changes to the original agreed-upon tattoo are not considered a touch-up and will be charged as a new tattoo.

Refund Policy

We have a NO REFUND policy for booked appointments and completed work. In the unlikely event of an actual mistake, it is the duty of the artist and the company to fix it for free. There is always something we can do.

 

 

Guest Policy

You may bring only one guest with you to accompany you while you get tattooed or pierced. Your guest must be over the age of 18. Children or minors are not permitted in the tattooing area at any time. Be aware that tattoo shops are intended for adults only and even an accompanied minor in the lobby area may see some nudity or adult language.

 

Pets Policy

The health department prohibits any animal or pet in the tattooing area. Service animals are permitted in the lobby area and must not be left unattended at any time.
